Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) - and Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American actress and singer. Her mother is Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen was able to show a flair in the performing arts from the age of a child. She won her role as Raggedy Ann in 1992 after attending her first audition. Bell's mom signed her up with an agency just before turning 13 years old. She then appeared in television advertisements and newspaper ads. Additionally, she began to take private acting classes. Bell was credited as a character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School and was in the band as well as the drama club. She was the star of Dorothy at her school's performance of The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended The Tisch School of the Arts where she studied Musical Theater in New York City. Bell dropped out of the school in 2001 and began playing Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. Bell made her debut film credit in Pootie Tang in 2001. However, her scene it was cut and Bell's only role is the credits at the end. Bell made an appearance together with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
